Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error or technical issue, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted from your bank account but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with your payment details. After verification, any amount not successfully processed for enrollment will be handled according to the payment gateway and banking procedures.
